Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:
3 cups sliced rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions:
- Pour boiling water over the rhubarb and let stand for a few minutes, then drain.
- Mix all the other ingredients and stir into the drained rhubarb. Cook in the microwave till it thickens.
- Periodically give it a stir as it is cooking. Then pour into an unbaked pie shell and top with pie crust.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce oven to 350 degrees and cook until done (about 45 minutes more).
