Welcome to our Newest Team Members

I just wanted to announce and offer a warm welcome to two new team members here at Garden-Helper.com that will be joining us on the blog and sharing their gardening wisdom, tips, ideas and thoughts.

We are proud to have Glenn Hascall and Melanie Schwear bringing us their delightful and entertaining writing about gardening.

Glenn Hascall is a media director in the midwest. He has had three books published and has contributed to more than 25 others. While he wouldn't dare eat vegetables himself he loves to grow them for his family. He has multiple flower gardens for his personal enjoyment although his children have each adopted one for themselves.

Glenn brings a refelctive approach to gardening through his writing and I think we are all going to enjoy sharing in his thoughts over time.

Ever since Melanie was old enough to hold a shovel, she has been out in the garden digging and planting. When she was fourteen, she was given a sandy patch of ground next to the shed and her love of gardening grew. A busy mom of two little boys and the owner of three small businesses, gardening fulfills her need to stay connected to the natural world and gives her a time to unwind.

Melanie brings wonderful insight into gardening and we look forward to having her experience shared here on Garden-Helper.com
