What to Plant in June
June begins the gardens' peek growing season when the days are longer and the heat kicks in. June offers those gardeners late to the party an ample opportunity to get things started especially if the gardener is interested in planting for fall color. In the cooler regions June may be the first truly dry month.
We have compiled this list of plants to be sown, transplated or otherwise added to your garden in June. Taken alongside the June gardening calendar we hope this helps to provide much of the information you need to be successful this month. As always we continue to create new Plant Pages and eventually will offer information on every plant we have in our monthly planting guides.
